sequential tart has an article up about the dothraki (you remember, those ndn cossack mongols?) and how they are portrayed in the game of thrones adaptation; it pretty much gets to why i couldnt bother watching, as much as I really wanted to see danaerys and drogo.

They show various clips of Jason Momoa in this 10 minute Behind The Scenes look at Game of Thrones, but he is not one of the interviewees.  I will admit to being fairly excited about the series now having seen this.
